On the corporate level, the Executive Board has the overall responsibility for company’s development. It is supported by corporate functions such as human resources, finance, commercial issues, strategic/central procurement, IT services and QHSE assurance. The corporate functions have a supporting character with directive competences for the operating centers and work closely together at all times.

Our operating centers are to be located at the Baltic, Black seas and basin of Atlantic and Pacific oceans yet to be selected to ensure that our facilities are in close proximity to our markets and clients.

Topmash is planning to provide the same level of design, engineering, construction and project management services in each main operating center, supporting its projects anywhere in the world. These centers will be headed by highly skilled local management teams backed by strong global leadership and proven common processes and tools.
